Freighted
- Diseases that originate from fright. (Vertigo after fright/ Menses suppression )
- Delirious talking + Wide open eyes.
- Pupils Dilated / Insensible / Contracted.
- Ptosis (Gels, Caust)
- Looks intoxicated, besotted (Bapt, Lach)
- Retained or involuntary after fright.
- Sleep apnea: Breathing stops on going to sleep; must be shaken to start it again (Grind)
- Occiput headache (Gels)
Modalities
- Heat agg
- Agg during and after sleep (Apis, Lach)

CVA
- Consider Alum and Op in stroke with confusion and cerebral congestion.
- The main remedy is Op. And Alum, Phos, Plb are remedies that complete the cerebral effects of OP in stroke (Alum ₳ Op)
- Painless paralysis (Oleand)
- Limb paralysis: Unilateral paralysis of the limbs, especially the right

Constipation
- Obstinate constipation; no desire to go to stool.

- Urinary incontinence
- Urine: Scanty, Dark and Turbid, with a lot of sediment
- Intermittent urination due to bladder neck spasm
- Bladder pain with a feeling of fullness and desire to defecate but cannot urinate.
- Urethra cutting pain, when he goes to the toilet he has to wait a long time for urine to come out.
- Retention of urine with full bladder
