  • Mercurius solubilis (Mercury) is a Homeopathic Remedy. It is an inorganic chemical preparation rather than a plant-derived substance, so it has no botanical family. It is traditionally associated with mercuric ammonium compounds, particularly ammoniated mercury, although the exact composition of historical Mercurius solubilis Hahnemanni preparations can vary. Its chemistry involves mercury (Hg), ammonia-derived groups and chloride, depending on the preparation. Mercury compounds are highly toxic and can cause serious neurological and renal damage.

Acute Merc

  • Infectious condition where the patient is extremely irritable, hot and bitter.
  • Offensiveness is one of the diagnostic points.
  • The basic point is to recognize your own feelings. You feel that the patient's condition is serious and you should take a serious action such as inject able antibiotics and serum therapy.

Chronic Merc

  • So be sure to give an anti miasmatic remedies in herpes infection. We should not wait for chronic changes after acute illness and it is better to prescribe antimiasmatic remedy as soon as possible.
  • The mercury in the amalgam can push the person towards chronic disease and this poisoning cannot be solved with Merc and the person must be detoxified after measuring and ensuring the poisoning.
